The host is so lovely and helpful, he recommended some incredible free things to do and sent us the locations of beautiful weekend and night markets which really made our stay, he also organised an affordable scooter which made travelling very convenient. The Boutique is located on a lovely quite street but is still very central and only a few minutes walk to the night markets. The room was spacious and had everything we needed the tinted window allowed the room to get very dark at night helping us to have a great sleep. Very grateful for the hospitality here many thanks 🙏

Size of the rooms is great, plenty of space. Our room was clean, and was cleaned every day. Comfortable beds. Relatively quiet surroundings, yet close to the city center of Chiang Mai. Staff is very helpful, eg. started breakfast earlier several times, so we could go on excursions. Great breakfast with several choices. Rocky, the guide helped us book several excursions or only car&driver - all excellent services!

This place is absolutely amazing! Derek is such a friendly and helpful host, always ready to give the best local tips (which made our trip even better!). The location is great, and you really feel at home from the moment you arrive. We can 100% recommend staying here to anyone visiting Chiang Mai – we’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at the Boutique House Nipha was wonderful. The room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It is located within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions in Chiang Mai, but is on a quiet street so not alot of street noise. The staff, Derek and Roshan, were so incredibly kind and welcoming. Derek was so helpful by giving us many recommendations of things to do in and around Chiang Mai. He was always very responsive. Roshan cooked delicious breakfasts every morning, and was very helpful. Thank you for an excellent stay! We'll definitely be back if we're in the Chiang Mai area again.

The host is awesome, so fun and kind! The rooms are very big with AC, powerful fans, plenty of places to charge your electronics and they even give you sleepers. Outside the rooms there are a lot of places to sit ane enjoy the beautiful plants. Breakfast is light and refreshing, the location is in a very peaceful street and walk distance to the city center, we loved staying here! 😁

Nice and helpful staff, you could just send any question with whatsapp and they answered right away!Cheap price, very comfy bed, ac and fridge in the room, nice to have some fresh fruits and omelette in the breakfast. Quiet place and no noises around. Overall had really good stay!

I had a very good stay. The owner is really nice and available to help you. He gave me one of the best room with a balcony on the -very calm- street. I liked the atmosphere of the place, beautiful at night with the lanterns.

Derek was the most helpful host. This was my first destination as a solo 21 year old female and I could not have asked for a better month long stay. I was able to pick out the room I wanted and Derek made sure I was taken care of every step of the way- from sending daily sight recommendations to waiting with me for a taxi and carrying my luggage. In Thailand terms, the space is very clean and the pictures set realistic expectations. I visited lots of other places that friends were staying around the city for the same price point, and was very satisfied with my choice in Boutique House Nipha.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely great! Everything was clean. Nice and quiet location but still close to dining and hang out areas. The mattress was hard which we actually loved! Good value
